Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing MyDogCanFly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the service
MyDogCanFly is an informational and editorial service that compiles official rules on flying with a dog. It does not constitute veterinary, legal or professional advice, and it does not sell tickets or transport animals. The final responsibility for any travel decision is yours.
3. Accuracy and no warranty
We build our data from primary, official sources and verify it, but requirements change frequently and we do not warrant that every detail is current or complete at all times. Where a source does not publish a fact, we mark it "Unknown" rather than guessing. Before booking or travelling, always confirm the latest requirements directly with the airline, the destination country's authorities (embassy/consulate and veterinary authority) and your veterinarian.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information or tools provided, nor for the acts of airlines, authorities, veterinarians or other third parties. We are not a party to any contract you enter with them.
5. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You may not scrape, bulk-download or republish the site's content or data without prior written consent. Brief quotations for editorial, research or press use are permitted with clear attribution to mydogcanfly.com and a link to the source. See the legal notice.
6. Third-party links
The site links to third-party sources (airlines, authorities, partners). We are not responsible for the content or availability of those external sites.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date is shown above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall, where permitted, be brought before the competent courts of Delaware, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your place of residence.
