Brachycephalic breeds are embargoed from cargo and the hold on all flights (overheating/breathing risk) but MAY fly in the cabin under FurPAL if all requirements are met: bulldogs (all), boxer, pug (all), Boston terrier, Shih Tzu, Pekingese, chow chow, Shar Pei, mastiffs, and various small breeds (apple-head Chihuahua, Maltese, Havanese, Bichon Frise, Papillon, King Charles).
